1995 Monte Carlo A/C Issue

My 95 Monte Carlo 3.1 is having some trouble with the vent system. I recently had my car in at my local Chevy dealership and asked them to check out a problem with the vent. Whenever I had the vent or A/C on the air would come through the defrost and the floor but no the vent. The mechanic at the dealership said it was because of the vacuum leak because a vacuum canister was missing. I guess its also called a vacuum reservoir (Chevy part number 14056624). They want a little over $100 to fix it, but the part only costs about $30, and I was just hoping somebody knew where this thing was so I could save some money and do it myself. Pictures would be great if you have any.

The vacuum canister is in the drivers side splash liner. If you take the 7mm screws out of the bumper cover that holds in the front of the splash liner, you can easily get to where the canister goes. The canister slides in and a 7mm screw holds it in place. Then there is 1 vacuum line that goes to it.

My 95 monte had the same problem only the it was the plastic vaccum line that goes to the vaccuum reservoir was broken and cracked in a few places that was causing the problem.
Might check that while you are at it.
