PLEASE HELP!!! 1991 4.3tbi wont start

Please help me, I am out of ideas on what the problem is. I have a 1991 cheyenne 4.3 tbi that has a no start problem. Originally it would hit every four trys or so but now it wont even hit once. I originally thought it was spark bacause I could see the injectors spraying fuel into the tb. I replace ignition coil, pickup coil, had the ignition module tested at autozone, new plugs and still it will not start or even hit now. The distributor was installed correctly and rechecked and is in time. I dont know what to do from here. Any ideas????

UPDATE
It will hit now and try to start but it is flooding. For some reason it is getting entirely to much fuel.

Too much fuel can either be a bad engine coolant temp sensor (or it is unplugged or bad wiring) or a bad MAP sensor or broken vacuum hose to the MAP sensor.

If it won't start cold, I would look at the MAP sensor vacuum hose or MAP sensor. Also make sure the vacuum port for the MAP sensor is not clogged.
