1988 Grand Marquis wagon fresh from the barn
1988 Grand Marquis wagon, 5.0, 147K, has sat without being run for two years or so. Put in new battery, siphoned old gas and replaced. Motor turns fine but does not start. What should I be looking for? Im thinking fuel filter/fuel pump, but would a fuel pump randomly go bad just from being inactive? The car ran fine when parked.
