strut rod bushing replacement help needed 94 pick up

I need to replace my strut rod bushings. dont want to mess up anytning or work harder than needed. do i need to remove the wheel? the front end with the bushings is pretty clear but the other end with two bolts/nuts. do they come out from top or bottom? or not at all? I already have made a marker for where the bolt is so as to put it back in that spot. and should be fine to drive for an alignement then. 94 2 wheel drive pickup about 130k on it.

Ok. I took the wheel off and it is obvious the bolts come out the bottom and seems to be necessary as well. One of the bolts must be stripped cause it turns but does not come out. Soooo, if it is necessary to remove it how does one remove this bolt that wont come out but just turns.

thanks guys
