I'm not sure it is actually who they say it is. Theres still alot of rumor about it being someone else or multiple people.

About the Enzo I do not know (seeming there was one of Nick Masson).
Then there was the FXX and what I know about it you are correct. Ony the owner or qualified driver with permission may use it. That was the clear when Michael was in the Stig clothes. It was his own car. And besides it must be raken of the board course it is not road legal  So the mistery goes on to find the (multiple Stig's). Arno.
