EEC-IV self-test connector on '93 T-Bird

Where are the self-test connectors located on a '93 T-Bird? I found a large six-sided connector that plugs into my code scanner. It's on the right side of the engine compartment against the firewall, but there's no single wire pigtail to plug into the single prong on the scanner. Without a single wire pigtail, all I can get is a solid self-test output light when trying the Key On Engine Off test. I tried grounding the single prong on the scanner, but it made no difference. The scanner works on my '90 F-150, but it has both connectors.

If there's no single wire pigtail on the T-Bird, is there a way to perform a self-test?
