92 D21 all crank, no turn over?
We are working on a 92 D21 pickup towed into the driveway. Engine cranks over fine but wont start. We have checked fire, fuel, electrical. We have installed a new coil, plugs, ignition control module, distributor, fuel filter, checked ecm under seat, new fuel pressure regulator. We have also checked ignition switch and ignition lock cylinder. Fuel is getting through the rail. But even after cranking for a minute or so, plugs still look dry. Any suggestions on where to go next?
