transaxle removal
when at the junk yard what's the easiest or quickest way to remove the transaxle from a 91 buick park avenue?

Pay them to do it, it can be a bitch without proper tools, equipment & know how!

i've taken them out before at home. i was just wondering if there's a quicker way to do it at the junk yard. the yard that i go to you have to pull your own parts.i've seen cars at the yard that have the whole drivetrain missing and the wheels were never touched.

Usually, they use a torch to cut the drive axles and drop the whole engine cradle out the bottom.
