Upper ball joint replacement 1996 Explorer
I need to replace the upper ball joint on my 1996 Explorer. Can anyone tell me if the ball joint itself is replaceable or does it come with the upper control arm? If it is replaceable do I need to press it out? Thanks.

The upper ball joint comes with the control arm. You should also get new bushings as part of the control arm, also. This is for a 2WD.
