Lightbulb head swapped. now my alarm wont shut off. anyone know how to shut off alarm?

I swapped my heads on my 00 mustang then I re assembled everything
now when I connect the battery the alarm goes off. I tried using the key in on position and off and the alarm goes off in both key positions

I don't know why. I have my ground strap on, maybe theres some special wire that needs to be reset or something after you disconnect the heads and put them back on.

?? any advice?

Re: head swapped. now my alarm wont shut off. anyone know how to shut off alarm?

My mustang has a wire under the hood that goes to the fuse box it has a black boxlike deal for a fuse on it it says alarm or somethimg of that nature on it just cut the wire if nothing else. mine was cut when i bought it and if i try to hook it back up it sounds the alarm so i'd say thats why it was cut in the first place. unhook the neg bat. post b4 you do this though.
