Florida Highway Patrol Dodge Charger

After some time of thinking about a diorama to build I decided on a police scene with a FHP pulling a sports car of some sort over.
the kit is a Testors SRT8 Charger with a few mods to the body, it will have full working led lights in the lightbar and head and tail lights, maybe even a siren in the base of the display.

oh on a side note I found out lindberg will be producing 1/24 charger kits of various police agentcies, but they have yet to release them to the best of my knowledge.

enjoy the pics
Steve

heres what I'm going for

and the results of what I have as of now not much but I'm waiting on making an order from chimneyville hobbies till I know exactly what I need.

Thanks for looking hope you enjoy!

Wow! That is a crappy paint job on the real car... who thought of that? The FHP letters look like tamiya tape.

So far, yours looks good... keep going!

Is it the lighting of the place where the photos were taken that makes your white paint looks beige?

no the fhp cars are a light tan and black and my model is painted to match. the real car looks white in the pics on my laptop but not on my home PC, maybe that is what your seeing. I'll have some updated pics soon hopefully.
