transfer case vent hose

I'm putting my tranny back in and the only thing i cant figure out where it goes is the transfer case vent tube. I think the bracket might attach to the bolts that hold the tranny to the motor, but I'm not sure. Anyone happen to know where it goes? I have a 99 obs tahoe with the autotrac transfer case(np246).

Re: transfer case vent hose

My '98 manual shows it going along the left side of the tranny, then over to the right side at the bell housing and attaching with a bracket to a bell housing bolt behind the right side head.

Hope this helps.
