91 supra with white noise coming through the radio

i have a 91 non turbo supra. i have some white noise coming through my speakers when the radio is on. it does it through the radio and the cd player. what could be causing that? i was told maybe a capacitor that was bad. any help would be great. thanks.

Could be a wiring issue like a bad groud or something, wish I had a better idea for you.

yeah and it could be any one of many grounds, lol. i guess i'll have to check over all the wiring and see if i have an issue with what i can see without ripping the dash out and apart.
