Service engine light
I drive a 99 s/w 2 and the service engine light came on it is running just fine how do I turn it off?

You find the reason its on and fix it. Thats the only way.
Go to autozone and get the code. Post it here.

Just because it SEEMS like the engine is running ok doesn't mean you can simply turn off the light. Do NOT listen to any advice given by the guy that reads the codes. They're trained to sell you stuff.

There is no way to know without knowing the code. You can still get the code(s) with a code reader. The parts monkeys at the parts store may try to tell you they can only pull codes when the SES light is on. This isn't true. Once the PCM stores a code, it stays there for awhile. Get the codes. Can't say anything without them.
