98 Pontiac Grand Prix AC Compressor oil level check

Hi
I had my ac compressor changed for a new one, as well as filter and accumulator. When installing I noticed a leak and told the shop guy. He quickly fixed it but i doubt he added any oil, eventhough enough was lost. Can I check the level at home, if so how? How much to add...? Thank you for any advice you can give me. Rick

Really no way to check it other than bringing it to a shop to have it evacuated, oil injected, and recharged. I'll bet that you lost so little that it wont cause any issues.
