some one hlep please!!!!

ok, i have a 92 4.3 v6 blazer w code engine, my check engine light is coming on and its pulling a code 45, it is running vary rich, mpg is horable, its running vary slugish when i am driving if i need to take my foot off the gas it like it cutting the fule off complety like its chugging, i have replaced the spark plugs, spark plug wires, cap and roter. i am getting a fuil filter today,also my tep sensor is not working in my cluster. would that have anything to do with my emmisions, i would just take it to a gm dealer but i live out in the country and there isnt one with in 2 hours from me. someone please help if u need more info to get an idea just ask i have a ton. thank you

I could'nt find a 92 4.3 wcode engine, however 4.3 vin code z, code 45, indicates 02 sensor circuit may be faulty. 02 sensors are relatively inexpensive and if has'nt been changed in a while, You might consider replacing it.
Other things that will set this code are dirty throttle body, vacuum leaks, IAC valve and stuck EGR valve. Clean everything up, Check vacuum leaks and replace 02 sensor.

i read something earlier that said it might be the fuel pressure regulator, do u think that could be a problem as well?

Absolutely, Check the fuel system pressure with a gauge.
