F1 being pushed towards the limit on a road rally in the rain...

Video is titled: FCA NER New England Challenge Rally McLaren F1 driven through Middlebury Gap in the rain May 24 2009

Car appears to be silver, and is most likely #044 given the location.

I didn't stick this in the video thread as there is some question about which car it is and I figured a separate thread to discuss would be best.

Note to self - research first, then post.

Found pics from the event in a very obvious place. Turns out this is chassis #068 - fair to assume it has a new owner now.

Pics are here on FChat:

There's also a link to another video of it being pushed around Bruntingthorpe back in May so it obviously went home for some service work:

Glad to see it back in the USA and it appears to be in good (brave) hands.

Seeing as you now have the chassis # I've added it to the video thread

Good idea. I suppose I could delete this thread now, but #068s relocation deserves some attention here I think.

Prior to leaving Costa Rica, chassis #068 was used for a rather interesting calendar photoshoot - :the making-of: video is here.

Slight warning for some PG-13 content.
