honda civic 1989 (SI) hatchback..b16a conversion.. HELP

So i got all my running gear out of a honda integra 1990 (XSI)..
I got a civic (SI) 1989 hatchback just to let you all know it was a automatic..

Now my plan was to use the full SI loom and engine loom for the b16a, ive added the vtec wires and all the plugs have gone on except for my DISTRIBUTOR plug which has a square shape connector with only 5 wires but yet the b16a has a circle connector with 7 wires..
I have read that the SI loom should have 7 wires yet mine doesnt..

SO HOW DO I FIX MY PROBLEM??

An integra came out with a b16?

And I don't know why everyone wants to use the engine harness for the engine they drop in. Its A LOT easier to use the factory engine harness and make modifications from there for the new engine, just use the new engine harness for donor parts.

UMM.. i did use the factory (si) harness but in order to use it i had to re wire c.p.s sensor wires to the b16 dizzy as the connectors are diffrent and my si harness had 5 wires and the b16 had 7. the two wires i was short were the two cps wires
