Air Conditioning Valve...?

Does anyone know the procedure to replacing the a/c valve?

I had a second guy look at it and he said the valve was shut, which is a common problem for Saturns, according to him.

He also said that it was about a ten hour job to fix and would cost me $1200. Mainly due to the extensive labor... Gay.

Any help would be grateful. Thanks dudes!
