Error code P1403 Rodeo 2002

Hi folks,
I realy new in this forum and I have rodeo 2002, my check engine light is on, after checking found that I have error code P1403, after searching in the forum for some help I found several error codes:
  1. P1403
Loss Of 5 Volts Feed To EGR Position Sensor
  2. P1403 - Exhaust Gas Recirculation System Valve
  3. EGR Flow Deviation
Can some one please help me and notify me what is the "real" P1403 for Isuzu rodeo 2002 please? Can EGR cleanning solve the problem or should I change EGR unit? or this is electrical issue (5V)?
Thanks,
Yuval

Yes, I would start with cleaning the EGR and the EGR tube that exits behind the throttle body. It is a Cheap and easy DYI job.

If you still have issues then you can purchase a new EGR (rare, but they do fail).
