Looking for this kit.

Im looking for this Silvia kit and i cant seem to find it. Ive scowerd HLJ and other model sites but with no results. I dont even know if it is actually a kit or whether this guy made it.
I dont mind scratch building it but it would be better if i only had to work on the side skirts and bumper instead of the whole thing. I want to make it cos there is a car in a mag that i really love and i want to make a model of it. Sorry i dont have any pics of the real car, but ill see if a find some floating around. The real car has an original S15 Vertex bodykit, which i am also having trouble finding pics of. Not my day for finding things.

The pics are from http://kenkeshi.tripod.co.jp/jp_index.htm . He is an awesome modeler and i admire his work alot.
Does anyone also know where i can get the HKS lancer ont he front page or is that custom made too?
Thanks for any help.:sun:

Siliva (Nissan 240SX) from Fujimi...

This would appear to be the kit you're looking for. Happy hunting for somewhere that has the kit in stock, but sure you'll find it soon enough...

I dont think its the Veilside one...if it is its had very extensive work.
After looking at alot of S15 kits i think it might be a modified noramly front bumper, but im not sure.

His Type A Spirit R isn't painted the right color, or anywhere near it. Though you may need to use automotive paint to get the right color.

now see I'm looking to do one of those S15 kits myself, but I am REALLY wanting to do one with an engine and opening hood. ANY IDEAS would be greatly appreciated, but I don't think they make a silvia kit with engine detail or any kits with a SR20DET in them I could steal the engine from.

As for the red S15, it represents the D1 champion Taniguchi's car. He made the intercooler, oil cooler, bumper, BRIDE seat, tension gauge, metal muffler, BBS wheel, Project Mu brake, low down etc.

As far as I know, the only 1/24 Silvia with the engine is the S12 by Aoshima, and it's so different from the SR20, that none of the parts are usable. We are out of luck about the SR20 engine.

Maybe the RB26 or L20/24/28 minus 2 cylinders with a scratchbuilt cam cover might work.

well at least now I know its not gonna happen and can give my quest for a miniature SR20 a rest. time to persue other options. There anyone on these forums that will scratch build one for $$$?

I bet there's multiple ppl on this forum that would want one if availible. Does anyone know someone that has the skill and would possibly be interested?
