Bought a 1992 Eagle Summit Hatchback 1.5 engine, stored the car for the summer with a tarp on it in the heat, came back, started it, would only run for about 10 seconds, found that the fuel pump would only get power in the start position, ECU would not give ground to main control relay in ON position.
Replaced computer, solved the problem, original ECU had capacitors that had leaked down awful mess
Right now have a short at the distributor harness which is causing ECU to shut off. hope to fix this ASAP.
