a/c blowing cold on pass not driver
99 grand prix single climate control blows cold on passenger vents and hot on driver vents. i took dash partially apart and i can see the driver side actuater working when i adjust the temp

Welcome to AF
On single zone systems there is only one temp actuator. The way the system is designed, when you get low on refrigerant the passenger side will still blow cold, but the drivers side will blow warm due to the way the air passes through the evap core. My first suggestion would be to have the refrigerant level checked.
