horn wont turn off

i just put on a new stock bumper that i bought online, but something is getting hit or pressed it seems. when i try to put the bumper on, the left side goes on smoothly, but the drivers side gets stuck with about 2" left to slide in. with a little jiggling i get the right side in fully, but when i move it to check if its secure, it sets off something and the horn goes off. is there some kind of trigger behind the bumper?

well the horn is right by the bumper support, so my guess is it was hitting it and thats why it wouldnt go on, and maybe the wires got stuck behind the support and like got stripped or something and are getting crushed together and touching when you tighten it down

could it be anything else besides the wires getting pinched behind the bumper mount? are there any type of switches or anything that can trigger the horn? or are wires touching the only option

there aren't any switches that I know of. but I guess its possible. I was just suggesting the horn/wires because when I went to put on my bumper it wouldn't go and and I couldn't figure out why, and then I realized the support had hit the horn and bent it in. so I pulled it back out and then got the bumper on. but the horn wasnt on or anything
