Alternator

I have a (I thought) simple question. I need to upgrade the alternator on a Subaru Legacy 2.2 A/T, A/C 1990 from the OEM 70 Amps alternator to a high power unit.

I found this one, 135 amps:

Then accidentally I did find another:

However, Sears, 1- does not indicate the amps rating and 2- does NOT list a Legacy older than 1995.

Therefore my question is:
Will a 1995 Legacy alternator **fit** on a 1990 Legacy.
