94 caprice finnaly fixed this was the problem

I HAD NO ACCLERATION AT ALL COULD PUSH THE F*CKER FASTER THAN IF I FLOORED THE DAMN THING I PUT NEW MAP SENSOR,MASS AIR FLOW SENSOR,THROTTLE POSITION SENSOR,OXYGEN SENSORS,NEW CAP AND ROTOR,SO I GOT PISSED OFF AND TOOK THE DISTRIBUTOR OFF THREW THE IT AS FAR AS I CULD CAUSE I WAS PISSED I CULDNT GET IT RUNNING PICKED IT UP GOT THR DIRT OFF OF IT TURNED THE BAACK THAT GOES INTO THE MOTOR BEARINGS WERE SHOT SO I REPLACED THE ACTUAL DISTRIBUTOR AND NOW IT RUNS LIKE NEW

I'll be damned if that fixes my problem. How much was the new distributer? Is there something I can check on mine before replacing it?

Sounds like an aftermarket unit for that price...
How well do these hold up?

its held up pretty good last night it rained i went thru puddles no problems it seems to b pretty good it got my car runnin and its pretty reasonable price
