Turbo?

I'm looking at getting an 06 or newer civic si coupe. Just curious, can i add a turbo or super charger without having to do much work to the internals? or will I just be asking for a blown engine within months... Granted i dont plan to always be beating on it, more or less just for every now and then

Re: Turbo?

depends on if you know what your doing and how much you're looking to push for PSI.anything less than 5 PSI is just a waste of money, but i wouldn't recommend pushing more than 7-8 PSI without upgrading piston rings, valves, spring, seals, gaskets, and all that. how much of a boost were you hoping for??
