86 Celica Gt suspension problem?

Just recently the front of of my car starts shaking violently when I reach speeds of about 57-60-mph. It also feels unstable when I make sharp turns. I've noticed my alignment has gotten worse since this issue has begun. Tire wear looks normal except for small indentation on side wall of front right tire. Any info would be greatly appreciated

I'm not a mechanic, but I would rule out that your tires are not out of balance first.
