AIR Check Valves-- SES Light Back On

I replaced the AIR pump and my SES light went off for a couple of months. Now it is back on (same code, P0410) BUT the pump is still functioning as it should. Where do I go from here?? I am looking into replacing the check valves. Does anyone know where I can get a them?

If you have an other suggestions on furthering the fix, I'd love to hear it. That light is really getting on my nerves! What other things could be wrong?
