Connectors not pluged in to anything ?

Ok now that that stupid window problem is solved. On to my next question. While I had every thing apart, I noticed that there are quite few connectors under the dash on the passenger side that are not connected to anything. I am assuming that one with the two wires is the jumper, to program key fobs. Is this 1989 car supposed to have key fobs? No key less entry buttons on this one. The other two connectors are just single wires. I am holding these three in my hand in the picture. There is a blue connector at the bottom edge of the dash with multiple pins. There is a black connector running up in to the center of the dash, with multiple pins as well. That one kind of looks like an amp connector. Any ideas fellas. I have already eliminated the broken power antenna, and wrapped the power wires in electrical tape.

A long time ago in order to make manufacturing less complicated they started wireing cars for every possible option. This made it easy to install any option on the assembly line and some options at the dealer. Just a thought.
