the easiest way is to just remove one of the bulbs somewhere.....
 the only bad part is that then your missing a bulb. HAHA, okay the correct way, there is a relay in the fuse panel under the steering column, in that relay there is a 90k resistor... for your blinkers to blink twice as fast just replace that resistor with a 45k one.. (WARNING: make sure you know how to solder and work with electronics)
