Wus up forum crew, I went to have my 4th Gen MAXIMA SERVICED AT THE LOCAL NISSAN DEALER, AND I SAW THAT THE 2004 mAXIMAS WERE OUT O IN THE SHOWROOM. i TOOK A LOOK AND SAT INSIDE AND CHECK IT OUT. i WAS VERY IMPRESSED! HAS ANYPNE ELSE SEEN ONE OR SAT IN ONE YET? IF SO, WHAT DID YOU THINK OF IT(PROS AND CONS)?

yeah, i drove one last saturday...the thing rides real nice, much nicer than the 5th gen's, even with the 18's, but i didn't like the interior, and it feels no more powerful than 5th gen's. also, the grille is still plastic, and it looks disgusting. the profile is nice though, looks muscular and taut, and the exhaust sounds pretty nice. in addition, the nav system is AWESOME, the best i have played with yet...definitely worth the 2 G's. the elite package is kick ass, with the 4 buckets and sunshade. all in all, if i had to choose, i would still take a 5th gen, i just can't get over the grille and the suede shit that covers the interior...where's the leather?
