cruzer too low

hi ive got a landcruzer 60 series wagon with a 2 inch lift but its not good enough and i seen one with the springs mounted on top of the axels i was just wondering how he did it please help?

This is a "spring-over-axle" conversion and is a common mod for Toyotas, Jeeps and other old-school 4x4's that use leaf springs.
