95 civic idles rough only when warm.

Ok, so I have my honda civic that is acting weird. it has many little quirks, and this newest one isnt letting me drive it much.

When I first turn on my car, it idles fine, accelerates fine, and stops fine. but once it actually warms up, the car itself idles rough, and only when its in gear. it seems to constantly jump rpms, and threaten to turn off. tryin to fix the car so i can at least get around town.
