help with water leaking under dash

I have 90 geo prizm,just recently got my a/c working again after clutch problems.Now when driving down the road this ice cold water runs out on my feet sometimes.Is there a drain tube or something clogged up, and does anybody know were it is located or were I can start looking to fix this problem?...Thx
