2000 venture a/c ducts

Hey all, I have a problem with a/c air flow from the center vents. The van has rear air, the rear air vents have good cooling air. the passenger side vent and most right center vent also have good a/c flow. the center vent , most left center vent and driver side vent all blow warm air. any ideas? thanks in advance.

You could have a problem with the electric blend door motor not shifting the blend door.

I had this problem with my 2000 Silo.
