New CAFE standards

Well, looks like the US Government is going to screw not only the People of California, but now will screw EVERY American driver! Yep,the new standards want the fleet average to go to 35 MPG+!! This will mean that your new 3 series will cost another 2 to 7 thousand dollars! That amounts to nothing but a gasoline tax to the consumer. How much do the newest generation BMW engines pollute? If you measure the air in London before it goes into the intake, the BMW sends it on thru and it comes out cleaner than it went in!!!

I can't take much more of this.
