Is the catera the same as another GM chassis?

I was wondering if the cadillac catera has the same chassis as another GM vehicle for example:toyota corolla & chevy prizm/mitsubishi eclipse & eagle talon etc...because i cant seem to find any chassis parts anywhere.if anybody knows a site that sells more than bushings plese let me know.thanx
