Well since this is in Stress releace:

Only us all powerfull mods who look down on you lesser members, can lock and unlock threads.
Why, becuase we fucken can! OK! you got a problem with that?
Or if a thread is getting way to OT, or is becoming offensive or has to much flaming in it.
You got a fucken problem with that?
Or a member askes us to close it becuase they dont want any more replies to thier topic, etc

I got enough fucking problems to have a fucking problem with the fucking closing of fucking threads and the fucking locking and fucking unlocking of fucking threads that could just as fucking easily be fucking started the fuck again.

To summerize - thanks. I was curious as to the policy and was to lazy to look around the site for answers.
