exhaust manifold 1994-1995 Suburban

Does anyone have experience with the manifold from these 2 trucks?

My 95 is at the dealer having a new engine installed but the driver side exhaust manifold is bad. So I'm trying to find a used one from a wrecking yard.

I have a wrecking yard that has one off of a 1994 Suburban. They said ideally we should bring in the manifold off the 95 to confirm that they are exactly the same. But my contact at the dealer told me that they haven't gotten the exhaust manifold off the engine yet (he said he'd call when they do).

But I'm trying to save time, the dealer is 20 miles away from my house (best price out of 8 GM dealers). And I don't want to have to drive all the way out there if I'm just going to find out that the manifolds are exactly the same.

So if anyone knows whether or not they are interchangeable that would be awesome.

thanks

According to the NAPA PROLINK website they would be the same for 94
&95 provided they were both 1500 2wd subs w/5.7L engines.

Yeah, I just got back from the dealer, and after comparing it, they are exactly the same.lol

Whenever I go out of my way to make sure parts between GM vehicles of different years are the same, they always end up being so. But whenever I just assume that they are the same because they're only 1 year apart, it's always a part that WAS changed in that 1 year.lol
