Autech Motul Nissan GT-R (R35)
Thanks for looking! This is Tamiya's 2008 GT-R done in the Autech/Motul livery. Painted with Tamiya TS series paints and clear. Carbon fiber throughout and photoetched seat belts and hardware. Pretty happy with it overall, but the refueling covers had to be shaded pretty dark because the clear ate through the decal in those spots. C&C are always welcome!

Re: Autech Motul Nissan GT-R (R35)
Very nice. Having just sprayed my first ever coat of Mr Hobby Top Coat I would definitely recommend it over decals. The R35 has turned out brilliantly despite the decal problem.

Re: Autech Motul Nissan GT-R (R35)
Very striking livery and great build. It's a pity clear lacquer attacks the decals because it looks so good. I guess if you build it up in light mist coats and then polish out what you end up with, it can work. If Mr Top Coat looks that good, then it's probably worth switching, but does it? I wonder... Anyway, great looking model, well done.
