initial d for ps2... close enough

Well.. i know this isn't really pertinent to Initial D, but 2 days ago i got the game Auto Modelliesta for Playstation 2. This game is probably the closes thing to Initial D that the United States will see on a home console. It has highly modifilyable cars.. and downhill courses. Plus its a cell-shaded game. If you are interested in this game.. i suggest you rent it as it is kind of a "Like it" or "Hate it" game. Overall its a pretty cool game.

I bought the game when it first came out (which is i belive like 3 days ago) the game is off the hizzle foecheesie my neezie!
U can design almost every aspect of the car, INCLUDiNG ENGINE SWAPS! now i have never seen that in a racing game before. The online races are pretty fun too , until u meet someone that has an orochi thats juiced all the way, they can simply hit the wall and use the rebound for them to go faster. (sigh) If anyone out there have this game and actually KNOW how to race without hitting walls or other players then reply to me , i wanna set a group to race.

the PS2 version of the Arcade game by Sega Rosso is coming out with an extra mode called story mode where you play as takumi it has all the tracks. Should be tyte

Hey NSX-R-SSK20K.. you have any hard proof?... its not that i don't believe you.. but initial D for ps2 (going stateside) has been thrown around for i think 1 year now. Even the arcade machines are fairly new to many arcades.

i hate the X-Box my bro owns one the only game i like for it is Sega GT 2002 and that is still reallly really bad
but i can't see X-Box goin on much longer maybe a year or so and it'll be garbage

project gotham racing is tyte and you get more kudos if you drift so you might like that

Halo is freaking cool
but i don't know many other games on it that are racing orientated that are any good.

My PS2 is cool but i have to admit that the graphics on the XBOX kick so much ass.

i got bored of GT3 i sometimes play it but i prefer playing initial D in the arcades

man you should try Moto GP even though it has nothin to do with cars its still hella tyte, its all about super bikes. Ive been thinkin about getting a PS2 but im gonna save up for a car even though im only 14 I dont really care

I want a PC version :/ fawk ps2 :P Argh so many consoles I don't wana waste money on damn consoles :P Consoles can never trully be better then a PC :P consoles ARE a computer.. a machine but simplified and limited for one purpose :P meh. Hmm www.liveforspeed.com for those that are interested, it's a nice racing simulator in the works far from done but rather nice you guys may like it, there is a demo out so try it out.
