Clear Coat Mixing

Hi All
New to forum and just about to start respraying panels on my car.I have bought paint to match original color what is Honda Super Sonic Blue Pearl B-90P.With that i bought 5 liters of thinners and 1k clear coat.Now after reading forum posts i think i have base coat nailed.Its the clear coat bit sketchy on.I will apply 2-3 coats of base coat,leave for about 40 mins then a 1500 grade gentle rub over followed by 2-3 coats of clear.Now my base will be mixed 50-50 with thinner,but what about clear coat is this also a 50-50 mix or should this b neat.Any advice welcome.
