Third Brakelight Flasher Module

Has anyone installed any version of the third brakelight flasher before? I purchased the signalz4u flasher and it came with a green ground, red and black wire.
It is so simple but I can't get it to flash but only blow fuses. Help is appreicated. THX

Heh, I seem to recall trying to help you with this about a year ago.

I'm going entirely by memory here, but I believe black is hot and white is ground (if you could confirm with a multimeter that would be great).

Assuming black is indeed hot, the red wire from your module needs to go to the black wire coming from the brake light switch. And the black wire from your module needs to go to the red wire going to the brake light.

And of course, green goes to the chassis which I believe you already did.

Let me know what happens... the worst you could do is blow yet another fuse!
