Need for a new wiper control module

I have a 97 CrownVic. Drivng a rainy day, the right side wiper blade came partially loose from the arm, turned 90 degrees in the downward swipe and jammed into the grille under the windshield, effectively stopping all movement. I am almost 100% sure the control module took the hit. The wipers only work at normal and high speed but I must sometimes turn the switch a few clicks to get them started. Using the washer is fine but the wipers only stops when I turn off the ignition (donīt recommend this at highway speeds). I live in Sweden and retailers for this kind of cars are more or less non existent. Can anyone help me get a new wiper control module? Greetings from Mr J-C, Stockholm Sweden
