Hi folks.
i got a 97 chonda civic coupe, its a Ireland / UK model, a sohc vtec, i got problems with them warning lights. i jump started it once, (with key in ignition probably) and the srs light stays on, this couldnt have damaged the air bags, i will need to reset the ecu? is it? how do i know, if the light stays out, thats the airbags are still working (im talking that if i remove the ecu reset fuse for 10 seconds) ALSO i have unused the care for a year, while i was travelling in AUSTRALIA . ![]() and when i get home, the ABS light now stays on all the time, is this just rust or something on the sensors on the tyres? the car was perfect prior to this. AND!!!! FINALLY. my brother botched up a stereo install, on his car, and i put in a new fuse he blew on the stereo and hooked up ground and +12v to my car (i sold the mini disc head unit i had), the stereo was bust, not work at all after i dis connected the 2 wires, i found my alarm doesnt work, it wont arm correctly, the red light stays red, and just keeps buzzing, rather than making 2 'chirps' for a correct arming .... all other electrics are fine. mmmmm does anyone understand me, lol i hope a reset might cure all these, i hope you folk can help me out, maybe email me at this addy as i might not be checking this cool site much.
