That will depend on which interval you are doing, how much work the car needs (some items are 'check and replace as necessary'), how well the car has been maintained to this point, and whether you have a dealer or independent shop perform the work. For quite a few of the items, the V8 is actually easier to work on than the V6, but it will still depend on which tune up items you need to replace. Of course the labor rates in your area will impact tune up costs as well.
