1995 LeSabre

Has anyone found a OBD 1.5 tester that will work on this 1995, It seems to be a gray zone between OBDI and OBDII. Or is this one that I can just cross over two pins on the plug under the dash and read the flashes like you can on OBDI?

You need a scanner, Actron 9145 is one.

It would be cheaper to order it online; do a search and you should be able to find one for less than 150-bucks. If you get the Actron CP9150, it comes equipped with the OBDII cable, unlike the CP9145 where the cable has to be purchased separately.
