misfire when hot only
i have an 87 trans am with a tpi 350, the car was stored for the winter and when i brought it out last weekend, it started to misfire, it only seems to do it hot and get worse after i shut the car down hot and restart it. I have changed the coil( post was rusted) cap, rotor and ignition module. It made a slight difference but when i shut the car off and restarted it, it was to the point i could'nt even drive it, any help would be awsome (plugs and wires done last summer FYI) im thinking it is something to do with timing but think timing would do it all the time?
Pls help |
