front brake pads for a 93 dualie

anyone have any preference for new front brake pads on a 93 dualie? i have about 56,000 miles on my current pads and need to replace them as they are 9 years old and are starting to squeal when i apply the brakes to stop. very aggrievating. i use the truck almost daily and occasionally to haul a 30' dual wheel dual axle trailer. i do not know what i put on the truck back in 2000 when i built my truck from the ground up. wish i did cause it would be a no-brainer and i would go with the same pads seeing they did a fine job for me. should i go with GM pads or is there something else out there that i should consider? thanks for your suggestions and input.

GM oem pads are hart to beat.
Good price and very good quality and come with all needer install hardware.

If you go aftermarket pads always ask for the best grade OEM type pads.

i checked with my dealer today and the pads are not all that bad, price wise. i will go with them and perhaps get another 9 years and 56,000 miles out of these as well. thanks for the info.

You are welcome.
Yes dealer OEM pads are priced right along with the best grade aftermarket pad.
I also find they have all the goodies for good install.
Be sure to use all hardware that comes with them and lubercate the sliders pins and hardware.

Good Luck
